Ocean 82 in Grand Case has amongst the best ocean views and is open for lunch and dinner!

We tried the homeade lobster and mushroom ravioli served in a chicken brother with truffle oil & mahi-mahi tartar trilogy: Peruvian, Thaitian and creole style as appertizer.

We followed it with the roasted sea scallop with smoked duck breast carpaccio, served with creamy lentils and foie gras sauce. And also, seared tuna steak coated with sesame seeds served with mango citrus salad and teriyaki sauce.

Your experience starts even before you arrive. As you drive up a winding road, you’ll hear the frogs singing and ask yourself where are we going?

Once you arrive you will be greeted by Sabine, the wife of Chef Bastian. Nexy you’ll be taken up the stairs to La Villa Hibiscus where the setting and views are incomparable to anywhere else on the Island.

Sabin was, born on the Island of St. Martin and was previously a nurse in France. Her husband, Chef Bastian from France, trained in some of the best French restaurants in the world (Joel Robuchon** and Anne Sophie Pic***). Together they will serve you what we call art on a plate. You will admire the details of the presentation even before you delight in the flavors.
