La Villa Hibiscus: A unique dining experience

La Villa Hibiscus in St. Martin is a gastronomic restaurant in the hills of Pic Paradis. It’s a hidden gem and a unique Saint Martin experience.

Your experience starts even before you arrive. As you drive up a winding road, you’ll hear the frogs singing and ask yourself where are we going?

Once you arrive you will be greeted by Sabine, the wife of Chef Bastian. Nexy you’ll be taken up the stairs to La Villa Hibiscus where the setting and views are incomparable to anywhere else on the Island.

Sabin was, born on the Island of St. Martin and was previously a nurse in France. Her husband, Chef Bastian from France, trained in some of the best French restaurants in the world (Joel Robuchon** and Anne Sophie Pic***). Together they will serve you what we call art on a plate. You will admire the details of the presentation even before you delight in the flavors.

All you need to provide are the allergies, intolerances or dislikes and a personalized menu will be established.

The menu will be yours to discover based on the season and the Chefs inspiration and will be presented at the end of your dinner.
