Food and Beverage Deposits
For clients to secure a Chef in the villa, a food and beverage (F&B Deposit) should be paid. This payment must be done 30 days prior to the arrival of guests to allow for preparations to be made and adjusted. This deadline is set in place to ensure that there is time for the chef to pre-stock the villa. All food requirements are accounted for and delicately prepared prior to guest arrival.
Introduction to the Chef
Getting to know the Chef is important for organizing and planning dishes as a team. At St. Martin Sotheby’s Realty, the designated guest experience coordinator will introduce you to the talented Chef. It is recommended to meet and discuss with the Chef to commence the collaborating process. Designing a menu as a group constructs the perfect menu for all individuals staying in the villa.
Pre-stocking by Chef

Fortunately, guests are not required to worry about pre-stocking any food and beverages into their vacation property. This list includes villas with Chef Services always included in the price, Chef Services included during a specific season and Chef Services with some restrictions. Please note that villas not listed can still hire a Chef as part of a guests vacation rental experience.
