This estate upholds a notable 4.5 acres of level land, hosting five bedrooms for a large group of guests. Everything in this home is extravagant, from its walk-in, beach-style pool, to the unique koi fish pond. Belle Etoile is surrounded by lush flamboyant gardens and mature trees that provide plenty of shade from the sun after a day by the pool. The expansive property circulates the pool with the central focal point being the beautiful ocean. With a grand entrance and inspiring ocean vistas, Villa Belle Etoile promises an unforgettable experience as soon as the clients step foot on its land. 

This magnificent house becomes apparent through the brick driveway revealing an inviting porch entrance with wooden doors into the foyer. Immediately clients are lured in by the spectacular view of the ocean that awaits them on the other side. The outdoor terrace is composed of authentic terracotta tiles and enchants visitors to enter the infinity, beach-style pool. Within the pool, there is an “island” that has a jacuzzi for a more laid-back aquatic experience along with a billowing cascade.
