About the Estate
This 10-bedroom estate is sitting directly on the white sands of Plum Bay within the gated enclave of Terres Basses, the estate spans two distinct villas: an ocean-side residence with 6 suites and a garden-side villa with 4. Combined, the property accommodates up to 20 guests across 4.8 acres.
The auction lot applies to the 6-bedroom ocean-front villa — the crown of the estate, facing the Caribbean Sea with unobstructed views and direct beach access.

The charity gala takes place Saturday, June 20, organized by La Samanna, a Belmond Hotel, with all proceeds going directly to La Maison des Femmes. The evening will feature a silent auction with a curated selection of experiences and items, Château des Palmiers among them.
