Pre-Arrival: Personal Guest Experience Coordinator
Once your rental reservation is confirmed, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated Guest Experience Coordinator. This is your personal contact to ensure every detail of your trip is handled with precision and care.
From organizing airport transfers to scheduling in-villa chef dinners, spa treatments, and restaurant reservations, your coordinator is here to craft a tailored itinerary that reflects your ideal vacation.
Every Villa Rental comes with one complimentary arrival transfer (from the Airport to the Villa) and one complimentary departure transfer (from the Villa to the Airport).
We also take care of your car rental arrangements, whether you prefer a compact vehicle for beach hopping or a luxury SUV for exploring the island in style. Your selected car will be delivered directly to your villa and ready for use upon arrival, allowing you to begin your island experience the moment you settle in.
Pre-arrival planning is highly recommended during our High and Holiday Season (December 17 - April 14), when availability for top-tier services and experiences can be limited. That way, everything is arranged before you even unpack your bags.
Pre-Arrival: Activities/Restaurant Reservations
Before your arrival, our team can also assist with:
- Travel tips and local insight (e.g., car rental vs. private driver, customs info)
- Providing detailed arrival instructions and villa access procedures
- Preparing personalized welcome amenities for birthdays, honeymoons, or anniversaries
- Organizing cribs, highchairs, or other family essentials if you’re traveling with children

Arrival: Airport Greeting
When you land at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) or Grand Case L'Espérance Airport (SFG), your vacation truly begins. You will be greeted just outside the arrivals hall by one of our friendly and professional Airport Greeters, who will be holding a sign with your name.
Our Airport Greeters are really more than just greeters, they are your first warm welcome to the island. They'll assist with your luggage and escort you to your complimentary private arrival transfer (offered with most villas; details may vary), ensuring a smooth and relaxed transition from airport to paradise.
Arrival: Villa Tour
At your villa, your assigned on-island Concierge team member will be there to welcome you. They’ll walk you through the home, explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have about the property or your stay.
This is also the perfect time to:
- Confirm any planned activities
- Ask about local tips or hidden gems
- Get help with restaurant or grocery delivery
- Learn about villa features, including pool safety, sound systems, A/C settings, or home automation
Your concierge remains on-call throughout your stay, just a call or message away should you need anything, from extra towels to a sunset sailing trip booked on short notice.
On island: In-Villa Services
Throughout your stay, we’re committed to making every day extraordinary. Depending on your preferences, your concierge can arrange:
- Private chefs for one special night or your entire stay
- In-villa spa treatments (massages, facials, yoga sessions)
- Babysitting services for family travelers
- Photography sessions to capture special moments
- VIP beach setups at select locations

Departure: Complimentary Departure Transfer
As your stay draws to a close, your concierge will assist with your departure transfer, scheduled according to your flight details. They’ll confirm pickup time, ensure your belongings are ready, and provide any final support you may need.
Our goal is to make leaving as seamless as arriving, even though we know you may not want to go.
