Beyond its location, what sets this 4-bedroom villa apart is how thoughtfully it's arranged for groups of up to 8.
The property is divided into two wings. The main house holds the indoor living area, kitchen, and outdoor dining, and connects to two of the four bedrooms; ideal for one family to settle in together. A short walk past the pool, with its incredible ocean views, leads to a separate building housing the two remaining bedrooms. These share their own private terrace and a kitchenette, so guests can enjoy a quiet morning coffee in their robe before joining the rest of the group.
It's the perfect setup for two families traveling together, or for anyone who values a little extra privacy without sacrificing togetherness.

Suspended just above the soft sands of Baie Longue, it offers what may be the finest sunset views on the island - an unforgettable setting for an intimate dinner as the sky turns gold over the Caribbean. Where to Eat, According to Locals
Blue Beach sits inside Terres Basses, the gated residential pocket on the western tip of the island. You're close to two of St. Martin's best dining scenes without ever feeling like you're in a tourist zone.
- La Samanna's L'Oursin: A short stroll down the same beach. Polished, Caribbean-French, and beautifully positioned for a long lunch on the sand. Reservations are essential, and our concierge can assist with access.
- La Cigale, Nettle Bay (10-minutes away): Table on the beach, view of the sunset, traditional & refined French cuisine to make you live an unforgettable moment.

What to do within 10-minutes of Blue Beach
- Walk the length of Baie Longue at sunrise: Nearly two kilometers of soft sand with virtually no development.
- Paddleboard/Kayak off the beach. The water along Terres Basses is often calm in the mornings. To rent a kayak/paddleboard please contact your concierge.
- Drive 5-minutes to Baie Rouge for a different kind of beach: dramatic cliffs, pink-tinged sand, and a small lolo serving cold beer and grilled lobster.
- Visit Plum Bay (around the corner) for a wilder, surfier feel.
- Drive 10-minutes to Mullet Bay for a more beach-bar atmosphere. Visit Kalatua a caribbean chic beach restaurant for some amazing cocktails.
